About Us

The Norton County Community Foundation was established in 1994 for the purpose of supporting local charitable activities in Norton County. We connect donors to causes they care about by taking gifts and turning them into grants, scholarships, and program support. NCCF holds more than 30 funds, each with a unique set of philanthropic goals and giving criteria. The Foundation also owns and operates the historic Dr. EA Lyons House and the Heaton Building in downtown Norton, both of which are used for commercial offices. NCCF is an Affiliate of Greater Northwest Kansas Community Foundation and is eligible to receive tax deductible donations.
