IT Data Analyst

We are currently seeking an IT Data Analyst to help us unlock the power of our data. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of analyzing complex datasets, creating reports, and developing visualizations to support our strategic and operational objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with both operational and departmental data to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze complex data sets, turning raw data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.
• Administer and manage the Meter Data Management System (MDMS) and metering systems.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize business intelligence tools, including NISC’s Mosaic and Power BI, to transform data into easily understandable formats.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by improving data management practices and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with tools like Power BI, Mosaic, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on-site and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
