The annual Heller Halloween Parade & Festival will be held on Thursday, October 26. All children are invited to participate!! 

The parade begins at 6:15. Participants will assemble between 5:45 and 6pm in the parking lot north of the Norton Christian Church, 208 N Kansas Ave.

Children will be divided into groups from preschool to 6th grade.

The parade will move south on Kansas Ave, then east along Washington Street to the alley behind the Fire Department where the free Wiener Roast will be hosted by the Norton City Volunteer Fire Department.
