RN Charge Nurse – Full-Time Night Shift

Norton County Hospital has a full-time career opportunity for an RN to join our healthcare team.  This position is 12-hour night shifts, with rotating weekends and holiday schedules. The RN Charge Nurse provides direct patient care to ER and inpatients and assumes shift supervision including directing patient care activities, supporting peers, functioning as a clinical resource, and liaison to the Acute Care Manager. This position will work with ER, acute, skilled and intermediate levels of patient care.
